Reach the session desk

Send a brief, ask a timing question, or hold a booth slot. AudsMedia LLC answers from the West Jordan office and confirms holds on a first-come basis, usually within one business day. The desk keeps a keen grasp of studio etiquette: reply within a day, hold a slot only when you mean it, and share scripts with the reading notes your voice will need. A clear brief does more for your spot than any amount of last minute telephone calls, because the voice artist, the engineer and the traffic team all steer by the same written word.

These hours cover desk coordination and session holds. Recording bookings on the roster run to their own start times; direct any last-minute session question to the route phone above.

When you write, four small pieces of housekeeping make every reply faster. Name the project, say what the spot runs on, tell us the air date or the date you need a master, and attach the script in a plain text or common document form. Scripts that arrive as a tidy, timed read save the desk a questioning round and let the voice artist see exactly where each breath should land. If the project is a campaign with several versions or languages, one list of every spot and its slot is the single most useful page you can send.

A few matters cannot be settled on email, such as a final network spec or a strict union usage, so for those the desk checks in by phone. Most of the work, though, is a clean written exchange, because a broadcast agreement and a spoken read both live or die on their paperwork. Whatever your message contains, we commit the same three answers in return: whether the date clears, what the slot costs, and who holds each lane of the spot from description to delivery.

Hard questions, plain answers

Three things producers ask first

Most standard spot sessions hold within two to three business days from an approved brief. Urgent air dates get a rush lane when the booth is free; call the desk phone to check the current week before you commit a client to air.

Yes. Many agencies bring a vetted voice of their own and only need coordination, booth time and mix. We run your chosen talent through the same session rails, so the only difference is the name on the roster checkout.

Each master ships formatted to the network spec with loudness certification, timing, the final file and the traffic confirmation once the station accepts it. A clean paper trail stays on file here for re-airs and replacements.
